On The Bradery, CashBack allows you to get points, Brads, for every euro spent! These Brads can then be used at checkout on the mobile application to get discounts on your order.

CashBack only applies to your order amount excluding delivery fees and travel sales. For example, if the total amount of your order, delivery fees included, is €105 and the amount excluding delivery fees is €100, CashBack will only apply to the €100. 

You can find your Brads balance on the app, in The Club (by clicking on the heart at the bottom of your screen), under the My Brads section. Brads are added to your balance 14 days after the receipt of your order. If your order was shipped in several parcels, Brads are added to your account 14 days after the receipt of the last parcel of your order.

When Brads are added to your account, you have 6 months to use them directly on the checkout page: Brads automatically turn into a discount on your order amount (excluding delivery fees and travel sale). 100 Brads are worth €1. 

To be able to benefit from CashBack, you must have Legend status. If you are a Member or Star, you must first meet the conditions to move up to Legend status to get CashBack. 

Legend status allows you to earn 1 Brad per euro spent (excluding delivery fees and travel sales).

Conditions to unlock the different levels:

If you place an order that allows you to unlock the higher status, you will move to this status 14 days after the receipt and validation of your order. 

In certain exceptional cases, it is possible that Brads may be added to your balance before the delivery date of your order. If your order is cancelled or returned, the Brads corresponding to the refunded amount will be removed from your balance.
