When you order from one of our experience sales, you will receive an email from the address [email protected] within the following minutes with the activation code allowing you to enjoy the selected activity. This email also summarizes the terms of use for your code as well as its validity period.

Your code is also available in your customer account under the "My Orders" section. You will find the terms of use and the validity period beneath your code by clicking on"How it Works".

If you wish to withdraw and be refunded for your code, please contact our customer service (by clicking on the chat bubble at the bottom right of the page) within 14 days following the purchase, sharing your order number and the received code.
