How do travel sales work on The Bradery?Updated a month ago
To offer you the best deals in the most exceptional hotels, The Bradery partners with three platforms: Namastay, PerfectStay, and VeryChic. Some travel sales are also hosted directly on The Bradery's website.
Depending on the hotel, when you visit its page, you may be redirected to a page on the partner platform where you can complete your booking. Depending on the partner organizing the sale, your travel information may be sent to you by different senders.
All travel bookings are non-changeable, non-cancelable, and non-refundable.
Travel sales without a partner platform:
These sales are organized directly on The Bradery website and work just like all our other sales. To book your night, you will need to click "add to cart". Once your order is placed, you will receive a summary email including an order number. Receiving this email confirms that your booking is secured with the hotel. Within 48 business hours, you will receive a second email detailing your booking and containing the hotel's information if you need to contact them before your arrival.
This booking is available in your customer account along with your other orders. You can find all the information regarding your booking under the "My Orders" tab.
You can directly download your invoice by clicking on the relevant order and going to the bottom of the page.
Travel sales with Namastay:
These sales are organized directly on The Bradery website. Unlike our standard sales, during checkout, a payment window displaying "Secured by Namastay" will appear. Your booking is processed by Namastay, which transmits it directly to the hotel. A confirmation email is then sent to you from the email address [email protected] (please check your spam folder).
This booking does not appear in your The Bradery customer account.
If you wish to receive the invoice for your booking, please contact our customer service (by clicking on the chat bubble at the bottom right of the page) specifying the hotel and the email address used during the booking.
Travel sales with VeryChic:
When you click on one of these sales, you will be redirected to a VeryChic page. Your booking is processed by VeryChic, which transmits it directly to the hotel. A confirmation email will then be sent to you by VeryChic (please check your spam folder).
