How long does my status last?Updated a month ago

Your status is determined by the total amount spent since January 1st of the current year. Once a status is unlocked, it is guaranteed until the end of the current year, as well as until December 31st of the following year. 

If during the following year, your total spend is lower than the requirements for the status you held on January 1st of the year after that, you will return to the status that matches your actual spend during that previous year. 

The total amount spent is reset to zero every December 31st so that your status for the upcoming year is based on your spending during the current year.

If you place an order that allows you to unlock the higher status, you will move to this status 14 days after the receipt and validation of your order. 

In certain exceptional cases, it is possible that Brads may be added to your balance before the delivery date of your order. If your order is cancelled or returned, the Brads corresponding to the refunded amount will be removed from your balance.
