If your discount code does not work, it is possible that:

-You have already used it: each discount code can only be used once per customer.

-Its validity date has passed.

-The order on which you are trying to use it does not meet the terms of use: Discount codes are always subject to a minimum purchase amount.

-You are trying to combine it with another discount code: Discount codes cannot be combined; the different codes you have must be used on separate orders.

-You are trying to use the discount code with a different The Bradery account than the one linked to the email address where you received the discount code.

We invite you to check the terms of use of your discount code in the email received on this matter, in the rules of the game/contest that allowed you to win this code, or in the information shared by the influencer who shared the code.

If your gift card does not work, it is possible that:

-The balance of your gift card is fully used.

You can use your gift card multiple times until its validity deadline.

-Its validity date has passed.

Gift cards received as part of an order refund are valid for 6 months.

It is however possible to:

-Use several different gift cards on the same order.

-Use one or more gift cards and a discount code on the same order.
