To make a return for this product, you will be redirected to our partner's return system. Here are the steps to follow:

3. Processing of your request:

   -You will receive an initial email within 24 hours from our partner's customer service to confirm your return request.

         -A second email will then be sent to you with the link to download your return label.

📦 From the receipt of this second email, you have 14 days to return the products to us.
