What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?Updated a month ago
On The Bradery, you have several options to pay for your order:
-By bank card & Apple Pay (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express)
Please note: if you pay for your order with Apple Pay, please check your delivery address. The address linked to your Apple Pay account will be entered automatically, and you may need to modify it.
-By PayPal
-By The Bradery gift card
-By Alma for a payment in 4 instalments (fees of 2.5% of your order amount apply) for orders over 80€, only available in France.
You can access your Alma customer area here where you will be able to:
- View your upcoming payments
- Add a new bank card
- Postpone your monthly instalments
- Pay in advance
How payment in 4 instalments works with Alma:
The first payment will take place at the time of the order, and you will then have one payment per month for the 3 months following the order.
Refund for a payment made with Alma:
You have 14 days to make a return request, which means that only your first payment will have already taken place.
If you request a partial refund of your order (if you keep some items from your order), payments n°3 and n°4 will be cancelled, and payment n°2 will be cancelled or adjusted depending on the price of the kept product.
If you request a total refund of your order (if you return all the items from your order), payments n°2, n°3 and n°4 will be cancelled, and a part of payment n°1 will be re-credited to the bank card used during payment.
As you have not been charged the total amount of your order, it is normal that this amount is not fully re-credited to your bank account.
Please note: For all refund requests, the return fee of 6.99€ as well as the Alma service fees equivalent to 2.5% of the order amount will not be refunded.
