Can I modify my return request?Updated a month ago

When you request a return for a The Bradery order, you can immediately download your return label. This is also sent to you by email within the minutes following your request (we invite you to check your spam folder if you have not received this email).

I wish to add an item to my return: 

If you wish to return more items, we invite you to make a second return request here. A second return label will be sent to you by email within the minutes following the request. A fee of 6.99€ will be deducted for each of your return requests if you choose a refund to the original payment method. Return fees are free in the event of a refund to a gift card. 

If you add items to your return that you have not declared on our return platform, these cannot be refunded to you. 

In the same way, if an item from an order Y is added to the return of an order X, we will not be able to refund it.

I wish to remove an item from my return: 

If you have requested the return of an item but ultimately wish to keep it, simply use the same return label that you initially generated and do not add the items you wish to keep to the parcel.

I returned items purchased on a website other than The Bradery: 

If you return items ordered on a website other than The Bradery to us by mistake, we will not have the possibility to reship your parcel to you. Items sent by mistake cannot be refunded to you. We will only be able to refund your The Bradery item once it has been received at our warehouse.

If your order was delivered to you in multiple parcels, the 14-day period begins on the day of receipt of the last parcel of the order.
