Can I modify or cancel my order?Updated a month ago

Unfortunately, as soon as your order has been paid for, it is validated with the brand or our logistics provider. We therefore no longer have the possibility to make modifications or to cancel it. It is therefore not possible to modify the contents of your order or the delivery address. 

If you pay for your order using Apple Pay, please check your delivery address. The address linked to your Apple Pay account will be entered automatically, and you may need to modify it.

As soon as you receive your order, if you still wish to return it, you have 14 days to make your return request here by entering your email address and your order number.
