How do refunds work?Updated a month ago
When making your return request, you can choose between:
-A refund to the payment method used when ordering
-A refund via a gift card
Refund to the original payment method:
→ If you paid 100% of your order with your bank card, your refund will be made directly to your bank account.
→ If you paid 100% of your order with a gift card, your refund will be made directly to that same gift card.
→ If part of your order was paid with a gift card and the other part with your bank card, both payment methods will be re-credited. You will first be refunded to your gift card, and the remainder will be re-credited to your bank account. For example, if you placed an order for 100€ containing three items, and you paid 60€ by gift card and 40€ by bank card, if you only return one item worth 30€, only your gift card will be re-credited.
Note: When you return items purchased with a gift card, the refunded amount is re-credited to that same gift card. You can use it for your next orders. The total amount of the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
With this refund method, a return fee of 6.99€ is deducted from the refunded amount. You will receive your refund within 10 days following the receipt of your return parcel at our warehouse.
Refund via a gift card:
For France and Spain, if you choose a refund as a gift card, return fees are free for returns over 70 € (excluding non-standard products and exceptions*). For returns under 70 € (excluding delivery fees), a return fee of 6.99 € applies, but you benefit from a 10% bonus on the amount of the returned products, credited directly to your gift card.
Exceptions*:
For Luxembourg, a return fee of 9.99 € is automatically deducted from your refund after returning an order. For this type of product, if you choose a refund via a gift card, the return fees are 2.99€ for returns with an amount over 70 €. For returns with a lower amount (excluding delivery fees), a 10% bonus of the amount of the returned products is credited to your gift card.
For Italy, a return fee of 11.99 € is automatically deducted from your refund after returning an order. For this type of product, if you choose a refund via a gift card, the return fees are 4.99€ for returns with an amount over 70 €. For returns with a lower amount (excluding delivery fees), a 10% bonus of the amount of the returned products is credited to your gift card.
For Belgium, a return fee of 12.99 € is automatically deducted from your refund after returning an order. For this type of product, if you choose a refund via a gift card, the return fees are 5.99€ for returns with an amount over 70 €. For returns with a lower amount (excluding delivery fees), a 10% bonus of the amount of the returned products is credited to your gift card.
For Portugal, a return fee of 9.99 € is automatically deducted from your refund after returning an order. For this type of product, if you choose a refund via a gift card, the return fees are 2.99 € for returns with an amount over 70 €. For returns with a lower amount (excluding delivery fees), a 10% bonus of the amount of the returned products is credited to your gift card.
For Germany, a return fee of 11.99 € is automatically deducted from your refund after returning an order. For this type of product, if you choose a refund via a gift card, the return fees are 4.99 € for returns with an amount over 70 €. For returns with a lower amount (excluding delivery fees), a 10% bonus of the amount of the returned products is credited to your gift card.
For the Netherlands, a return fee of 12.99 € is automatically deducted from your refund after returning an order. For this type of product, if you choose a refund via a gift card, the return fees are 5.99 € for returns with an amount over 70 €. For returns with a lower amount (excluding delivery fees), a 10% bonus of the amount of the returned products is credited to your gift card.
You will receive your gift card code by email within 10 days following the receipt of your return parcel at our warehouse. This gift card is valid for 6 months and can be used over multiple purchases. You can find more information regarding the use of gift cards here.
