For orders delivered to France and within the Schengen area, no additional fees can be requested from you. Messages with links telling you that your parcel is blocked are scams: do not click on any link and block the sender of the message. 

For orders delivered outside the Schengen area (mainly to Switzerland and the United Kingdom), customs fees may be requested from you. The courier will then contact you by email to inform you. These customs fees vary according to the legislation of the destination country and are your responsibility.
