I received an item I did not orderUpdated a month ago

If you received an item you didn't order, please return the item to us by making a return request here within 14 days following the receipt of your order by entering your email address and your order number:

1. Enter your email address and your order number

2. Then choose the product to return

3. Select the reason "Product error" or "This is not what I ordered"

4. Add photos of the received item to your return request

5. Once these photos have been checked by our team, you will receive your return slip by email. This check can take up to 24 working hours.

6. Then prepare your parcel:

        -Print your return label. 

        -Place the product to be returned in the box. The product must be in its original packaging             and must not have been used. 

        -Remove the old label and stick the new one on your parcel.

       7. Drop off your parcel at a Chronopost pick-up point. You can find the nearest Chronopost           pick-up point to you here. 

Of course, the item will be fully refunded to you, we will not deduct any return fees from your refund. Refunds are made within 14 days following the receipt of your return at our warehouse.
