My parcel is marked as delivered but I haven't received itUpdated a month ago

If the tracking link sent to you by email following the shipment of your order indicates that your parcel has been delivered to you but it is not in your possession, it may happen that the courier has handed it over to one of your neighbours or to your concierge if it is a building. 

If this is not the case and the parcel has still not been delivered to you within 5 working days after the indicated delivery date on your tracking link, please contact our customer service (by clicking on the chat bubble at the bottom right of the page).
