The courier is asking me for details about my addressUpdated a month ago

It can happen that errors slip in when you indicate your address at the time of placing an order. The courier may then contact you by email or SMS to ask you to correct your address in order to deliver your parcel. Without a response from you within 48 hours, the courier will return your parcel to the sender. Once returned to our warehouse, we will unfortunately no longer have the possibility to reship your order to you. We will refund your order within 14 days following its return to our warehouse.

Do not click on any link asking you to pay additional fees, these are scams. When a courier contacts you to obtain more details about your address, they do so using a verified number. You will see the courier's name as the message sender and not an unknown telephone number.
